Purpose: A scholarship program recognizing public/community service and to encourage Nevada's young people to become involved in benefiting their communities and/or persons who reside within the community.

Eligilibilty: Any High School enrolled full time in an accredited high school that serves and is a resident in the sponsoring city. Awards will be paid to the winners upon submission of "certificate of enrollment" to the League proving full time student status from an accredited college or university.
